Memory Bears

Memory Bears made from Men's shirts
Do you have special clothes, blankets, wedding gowns, blessing dresses or other meaningful fabric items you cannot bear to part with? Consider having your special item made into a teddy bear. Clothes are hard to display; baby blankets are often worn with only a few good spots left to them. Teddy bears are easy to find a place for in you life and in your heart. You can put it/them on your bed, dresser, shelf or chair so you can see and remember those wonderful moments that make the fabric they are made from so special.

All bears are made from your fabric. Bears will be delivered finished with plastic eyes, plastic noses and ribbon bows. If you do not wish to have any finishing touches added to your bear please specify under specifications. This will not change the cost of the bear. Large bears are $40, small bears $20. All prices are final and non-negotiable. There are no discounts for larger order sizes.

Large bears are approximately 18 inches tall from rump to ears; small bears are approximately 12 inches tall). Size of finished bears is subject to the elasticity of the fabric you choose. All bears are made with a large or small pattern but they may not end up the same size. Stretchier fabrics will make larger bears. Fabrics that work well include velvet, velveteen, twill, cotton (any type), flannel, fleece and linen. Fabrics that are not well suited include fine silks, thin satin, Lycra or nylon, and any fabric that is excessively worn through out. Please contact me directly if you have any questions.

Payment is due upon delivery. Please allow 1 week for every 4 bears ordered. I will ship upon request; shipping costs are the responsibility of the ordering party and payment must be received before items are shipped.

To order bears or to ask any questions, contact me at mirindachatfield@gmail.com and I will send you an order form. Thank you for letting me help keep your great memories alive!
